IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Items listed in this auction website will not come with a warranty. All items are being sold as is. If any repairs are needed, they will be done at the buyer’s expense. (Service packages can be purchased from Brad Howell on vehicles and Palmer Kenworth on semis.)
HOW DO I ARRANGE PICK UP ON VEHICLES/SEMIS?
All vehicles and semis are located in Atlanta, Indiana at the Beck’s Headquarters. You are responsible for pick up or delivery of your winning item.
HOW DO I ARRANGE PICK UP FOR OTHER ITEMS?
All listings will show which Beck’s location the item is located at and that is where they must be picked up.
CAN I HAVE MY PURCHASE(S) TRANSFERRED FROM ONE BECK’S LOCATION TO ANOTHER?
No, unfortunately Beck’s will not be moving or delivering these items once they have gone up for sale. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of the items location.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY PURCHASES FROM BECK’S LOCATIONS?
Buyers can pick up items Monday-Friday during regular business days/hours, 8:30am-3:00pm.
WILL THERE BE ASSISTANCE LOADING ITEMS?
If there is a need for loading items, Beck’s will assist unless it’s stated otherwise in the listing description. Beck’s will not be liable for any damage to an item or buyer’s property should the buyer ask for assistance loading.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY WINNING BID?
All titled and plated vehicles and/or trailers will be taken care of by Brad Howell Ford in Kokomo, IN. All titled and plated semi or heavy equipment will be processed through Palmer Kenworth in Indianapolis, IN. All other non-vehicle items will be directed through Beck’s. All winning bidders will receive an email with more details on payment options once the auction has ended. Financing for vehicles and semis, as well as service packages will be available if needed. All titled and license plated items will be paid for through Brad Howell or Palmer Kenworth and they will be charged a $250 processing fee.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY PURCHASES?
All items must be removed from Beck’s location within 2 weeks of the auction closing. If a buyer fails to pick up items within the 2 week timeframe, Beck’s reserves the right to remove the buyer from all future auctions and Beck’s can reclaim the item. Some accommodations may be possible on a case-by-case scenario.

ALL BUYERS MUST PAY IN FULL BEFORE PICKUP CAN TAKE PLACE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID THROUGH THE WINNING EMAIL PROTOCOL AND NO ITEMS WILL BE PUT ON ACCOUNT TO BE PAID LATER.
ABSOLUTELY NO BECK’S FUNDS CAN BE USED ON THE PURCHASES OF ANY AUCTION ITEMS (Example: gift cards, credit on account, Country Store allowance, toolbox account, etc.)
